   VOC biological treatment is the use of microbes in the waste gas as its life including moving energy or other nutrient units, the metabolism of explanation, transformed into simple inorganic compounds (carbon dioxide, water etc.) and cell components. Almost all organic and inorganic pollutants can be transformed. At present, the gaseous pollutants suitable for biological treatment mainly include ethanol, mercaptan, phenol, cresol, indole, fatty acid, acetaldehyde, ketone, carbon disulfide, ammonia and amine.  

Technical principle
Gas liquid absorption consists of microbes, nutrients and water microorganisms, exhaust gas have set as microbial life energy or other nutrients, metabolic explanation, transformed into simple carbon dioxide and water etc.. The mixed liquid of the waste gas is absorbed to carry out aerobic treatment to remove the pollutants absorbed in the liquid. Its typical forms include spray tower, bubble tower and perforated tower, etc..

Process description
   Biological suspension self absorption chamber and a top spray, the exhaust gas in the organic matter and oxygen concentration in the liquid phase, the mass transfer, absorption of biological suspensions of organic matter in the exhaust gas flow regeneration reactor (activated sludge), by air oxygen regeneration. The absorbed organic matter is converted to carbon dioxide and water by microbial oxidation, which is finally removed from the liquid phase by the activated sludge suspension in the regeneration tank.
   The device is mainly composed of five parts: the exhaust gas collection system, the exhaust gas pretreatment system, the biological absorption tower, the regeneration tank and the automatic control system.
