Wheel concentrate +RTO/RCO
   Concentrator (Rrtor) and RCO (CO, RTO, and so on) combined process is the most commonly used method to deal with high wind and low concentration exhaust gas. By reducing the air volume can greatly reduce the size of the incinerator body, thereby reducing the cost of equipment investment and operating costs of the system.
   The adsorbent used in the concentrated runner is mainly zeolite molecular sieve, activated carbon and so on. At present, the market uses zeolite (Zeolite) as the adsorption material.
   VOC concentration can generally be concentrated more than 10 times the original, the maximum concentration ratio of up to 20:1.
Technical principle:
   The adsorption and desorption process of adsorption and desorption of three kinds of continuous temperature changing adsorption and desorption processes is used to condense the organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume into a high concentration and small flow concentration gas.
   The runner is divided into adsorption cooling zone and desorption zone. Through the rotation of the rotary wheel, the adsorption of the gas and the regeneration process of the runner can be completed simultaneously on the rotary wheel. The organic waste gas which enters the concentrated runner is directly adsorbed to the atmosphere at the normal temperature after being adsorbed and purified by the adsorption area of the runner, and then the runner enters the desorption area. The organic matter adsorbed on the runner is separated, desorbed and entered into the subsequent treatment system. So cycle work.

Process description:
   Low concentration, high wind volume of organic waste gas flows through the adsorption zone of concentrated runner, and the volatile organic compounds are adsorbed. After adsorption and purification of the gas (air volume accounts for about 90% of the total) discharged into the air. A small amount of gas (about 10% of the total air volume) is heated to the desorption temperature. The concentrated rotary wheel is continuously rotated to the desorption area, and then the organic adsorbent is detached from a small amount of heat to be heated, and the runner is regenerated. The high concentration, low air concentration of VOC gas was eventually sent to the incinerator (CO, RTO, RCO, etc.). After the regeneration of the zeolite runner into the cooling zone, cooled to room temperature, and then into the adsorption area.
   The zeolite runner is composed of exhaust gas pretreatment system, wheel concentration adsorption system, desorption adsorption, cooling and drying system and automatic control system.
